Method
Sprinkle the pieces of Bhetki
with salt and turmeric. Many people want to shake a little oil without cooking
raw fish. In that case, you can fry two backs in a little oil. This time,
mustard, poppy and coconut curry are mixed together using very little water. If
you like salt, you can add raw chilli with it. This time add salt and turmeric
to taste to this bata spice. Spread a little of this spice on the fish pieces
and keep the fillets in the fridge for an hour. It will increase the taste by
adding spices inside the fish. This time bake the banana leaves on low heat.
Remove the spiced pieces of vetch from the fridge. One tablespoon of spices on
this baked banana leaf. Make a spice coating on the fish with the fish on top
and again with the spices. Day with whole shredded chilli and a little raw
mustard oil. This time wrap the banana leaves with yarn.
In a non-stick pan, reduce the heat and add oil. When the leaves are fried and darkened, you will understand that the fish inside is also made! Those who have fried the fish once before, do not wait until the banana leaves are black, take it down once it is fried.
Serve this paturi with hot rice or polao this time
